Who operates ButiArena

Apps4Dream operates ButiArena. Privacy and data-rights enquiries can be sent to apps4dream@gmail.com.

Data we process

Depending on use, ButiArena processes identity, avatar, session, preferences, tutorial, game participation, results, ranking, friendships, blocks, conversation membership, sent messages, reports, moderation/safety evidence, rate metadata and technical logs. Messaging is moderated server-side and is not end-to-end encrypted; eligible private text is encrypted at rest but decrypted for moderation and delivery.

Why we process it

We use this information to authenticate sessions, run and reconnect games, provide private rooms, keep fair results and rankings, save preferences, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose faults, answer support requests and comply with legal obligations.

Device data and advertising

Training preferences and some offline progress may stay on your device. Google Mobile Ads/consent services may process IP-derived general location, product interactions, diagnostics, device/account and advertising identifiers. ButiArena uses a restricted/non-personalized posture, but still declares this provider processing.

Sharing and international processing

Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate hosting, databases, authentication, support and mobile advertising, or when law requires it. We do not publish individual game histories on this website and do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

GAME and ROOM conversations/messages are retained for 30 days and DIRECT for 90 days. Report evidence may last longer only for a stated legal, safety or abuse-prevention need. Account-erasure and audit HMAC evidence defaults to one year and is purged after its bounded purpose. Access is restricted and transport protection is used.

Your choices and rights

You can change device preferences in the app, manage advertising consent where available, request access or correction, object or restrict processing where applicable, and request account deletion. Contact support with your public username and suffix so the correct account can be located.

Children and changes

ButiArena is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age that applies in their country. We may update this notice when the service or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
