Delete account
You can request permanent deletion of your ButiArena account. The request must contain enough information to locate and verify the account.

Before you request deletion
Open Settings in the mobile app and note the public username with suffix and the displayed user ID. If possible, send the request from the same device or account context used for ButiArena.
What is deleted
Deletion covers identity, external identities, avatar, preferences, tutorial, statistics, progression, ranking, friendships, blocks, memberships and messages. Sent messages without legal hold are deleted; retained report/case evidence and game history are pseudonymized and removed from normal product use.
What may be retained
Limited HMAC tombstones, request receipts and report/case evidence may remain only for the stated fraud, security or legal period. The default is one year for account lifecycle evidence; extensions require legal/privacy review. GAME/ROOM and DIRECT message windows are 30 and 90 days respectively.
Send the request
Email apps4dream@gmail.com with the subject “ButiArena account deletion”. Include the public username and suffix, user ID, platform and a clear statement that you want the account permanently deleted.
Verification and completion
Support may ask for reasonable proof that you control the account. We normally finish a verified request within 30 days, explain any lawful extension, and send completion confirmation. Removing the app alone does not delete server data.
